Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

DocYantra offers refunds within 14 days from the date of enrollment for courses accessed on the Platform. Refund eligibility is subject to the following conditions:

You have accessed less than 25% of course content (lessons, videos, quizzes)
You have not submitted assessments or taken any graded quizzes beyond introductory material
Your refund request has been submitted within the 14-day window
The refund is requested before you receive your completion certificate
You have not violated our Terms & Conditions

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

The following situations are NOT eligible for refunds:

Refund request submitted after 14 days of enrollment
User has completed the course or earned a certificate
User has accessed more than 25% of course materials
User engaged in prohibited conduct
User received a refund for the same course previously
Refund request made for courses purchased with promotional codes or discounts exceeding 50%
Payment processed through an unauthorized or fraudulent transaction

3. How to Request a Refund

Step 2: Provide Documentation

Include the following in your request:

Your account email address
Course name and enrollment date
Brief reason for refund request
Transaction ID (from payment confirmation email)

Step 3: Review & Approval

Our support team will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Request Submission: Within 14 days of course enrollment
Review & Verification: 3-5 business days from submission
Approval Notification: Email confirmation of refund approval
Refund Processing: 7-10 business days (bank-dependent)
