TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DOCYANTRA PROVIDES THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Warranty of non-infringement of third-party rights
  • Warranty that the platform will meet your requirements
  • Warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • Warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content

2. Limitation of Damages

IN NO EVENT SHALL DOCYANTRA, ITS FOUNDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity
  • Loss of goodwill or reputational harm
  • Cost of substitute goods or services
  • Personal injury or property damage
  • Any claim arising from use or inability to use the platform

3. Cap on Liability

DOCYANTRA’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE COURSE IN QUESTION (OR ₹1,000 IF NO PAYMENT WAS MADE).
