1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the DocYantra CORE learning platform (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
DocYantra Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
2. User Registration & Account Responsibility
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. DocYantra is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

3. Course Enrollment & Access
Course enrollment grants you non-exclusive, non-transferable access to course materials for personal, non-commercial educational use only. You may not share, redistribute, or resell course content or access credentials.
DocYantra reserves the right to revoke access at any time if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited conduct.
Course content is protected by copyright and intellectual property law. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
4. Clinical Content & Medical Disclaimer
DocYantra courses are educational materials designed for healthcare professionals. All clinical content is provided for informational and continuing education purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.

DocYantra does not provide medical services and is not liable for clinical outcomes or decisions made based on course content.
5. Payment & Billing
All payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways. By submitting payment information, you authorize DocYantra to charge your account for the selected course or service. Payment details are encrypted and handled in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
Refunds are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Attempt to access the Platform through unauthorized or fraudulent means
- Reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from course materials
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code or underlying technology
- Transmit viruses, malware, or any code intended to disrupt the Platform
- Engage in harassment, hate speech, defamation, or abuse toward other users or DocYantra staff
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform without authorization
- Attempt to interfere with the Platform’s normal operation through denial-of-service attacks
- Use the Platform for any illegal or unethical purpose
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DocYantra disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. The Platform is provided “as-is.” DocYantra is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or loss of revenue.
DocYantra’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course in question.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All course materials, including videos, text, images, quizzes, and certificates, are the exclusive property of DocYantra Pvt. Ltd. or its content partners and are protected by copyright law. You are granted a limited license to access and view these materials for personal educational use only.
DocYantra, the DocYantra logo, and all trademarks associated with the Platform are the property of DocYantra Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized use of these marks is prohibited.
9. Termination of Access
DocYantra reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited conduct. Upon termination, your right to access course materials ceases immediately, but your refund eligibility will be determined under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (Intellectual Property Rights, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law) shall remain in effect.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or related to these terms.
Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through informal resolution. Contact us at docyantra@gmail.com or +91 9820091852 with details of your complaint.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a single arbitrator appointed by DocYantra.
